- Hướng dẫn đổi vé tại quầy:



Truy cập link e-voucher - hiển thị mã barcode, mã e-voucher, mật khẩu đặt vé - đưa cho nhân viên tại quầy để đổi vé.







- Hướng dẫn đặt vé Online:



- Khách hàng truy cập Website www.lottecinemavn.com, vào mục [Mua vé]



- Khách hàng chọn Rạp, chọn Phim, chọn vị trí Ghế, chọn [Bước tiếp theo]



- Chọn Phím [Movie Coupon], tại mục [Số vé], nhập mã e-voucher, vé, tại mục [Mật khẩu] nhập password được cung cấp kèm theo mã e-voucher, vé, sau đó chọn [Áp dụng]



Ở bước cuối cùng, Tổng tiền đơn hàng hiển thị là 0đ, khách hàng chọn [Thanh toán]





'- Instructions for exchanging tickets at the counter:



Click on the e-voucher, link - display barcode, e-voucher code, password - give it to the staff at the counter to redeem tickets.







- Instructions for booking tickets online:



- Customers access website www.lottecinemavn.com, go to [Buy tickets]



- Customer selects theater, selects movie, selects seat position, selects [next step]



- Select movie [movie Coupon] , in the [Ticket Number], enter the ticket e-voucher code, in the [Password] enter the password provided with the ticket e-voucher code, then select [Apply]



In the last step, the total order amount displayed is 0 VND, the customer chooses [Payment]

• Vé áp dụng cho phim 2D, không áp dụng cho phim 3D và các phòng chiếu đặc biệt khác như Superplex, Cinecomfort, Charlotte...

• Vé xem phim được áp dụng cho tất cả suất chiếu, vào tất cả các ngày trong tuần (bao gồm Lễ, Tết), tại tất cả hệ thống rạp Lotte Cinema trên toàn quốc.

• E-Voucher không áp dụng hình thức hủy/ đổi/ trả/ hoàn tiền.

• Mỗi e-voucher chỉ được sử dụng 1 lần.

• E-Voucher không có giá trị quy đổi thành tiền mặt.

• Trường hợp đổi vé trực tiếp tại rạp, Quý khách vui lòng đến trước giờ chiếu 30 phút để thuận tiện cho việc đổi vé.

• Khách hàng có trách nhiệm bảo mật thông tin mã thẻ quà tặng sau khi đặt mua. Wogi sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm hoàn trả các mã thẻ bị mất hoặc ở trạng thái “đã sử dụng” với bất kì lý do gì.

• Wogi không chịu trách nhiệm đối với chất lượng của sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ được cung cấp cũng như đối với các tranh chấp về sau giữa khách hàng và nhà cung cấp.

• Wogi có quyền sửa chữa hoặc thay đổi điều khoản và điều kiện sử dụng mà không thông báo trước.
