Online:
1. Make your selections online and proceed to Checkout as usual.
2. On the Payment page, enter your eGift Card Number and PIN.
3. Then click Apply Gift Card.
4. If you have more than one eGift Card, enter the information for each card you wish to use. Our system will perform the appropriate calculations.
5. eGift Cards may be used in combination with a credit card to complete your transaction.

In store:
1. At the POS/Checkout, please provide the store associate the eGift Card on your mobile device or the printed eGift Card.
2. Ensure the eGift Card number and PIN are readable.
3. The store associate will apply the eGift Card to your purchase.
4. eGift Cards may be used in combination with a credit card to complete your transaction.

CB2 eGift Cards are redeemable for merchandise or services at CB2 stores (U.S. only), online at cb2.com or by phone to 800.606.6252. They also can be redeemed for merchandise or services at Crate and Barrel stores (U.S. only, including Outlets), online or by phone. eGift Cards may not be used as payment on a CB2 credit card or any other account. Purchases will be deducted from each card’s balance until the value reaches zero dollars. Funds on these cards do not expire and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. CB2 is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged or compromised cards, or any unauthorized use.
