1. กรุณาแจ้งพนักงานให้ทราบความประสงค์ที่จะใช้งาน giftcard นี้ ก่อนสั่งอาหารทุกครั้ง
2. giftcard นี้ สามารถใช้แทนเงินสดได้ที่ร้านสลัดแฟคทอรี่ทุกสาขา สำหรับทานที่ร้านและสั่งกลับบ้าน เท่านั้น
3. giftcard นี้ สามารถใช้ได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้เท่านั้น
4. giftcard นี้ ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสด ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
5. หากแจ้งประสงค์ใช้ giftcard แล้วไม่สามารถขอยกเลิกได้ทุกกรณี
6. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิไม่รับคืน หรือแลกรหัส giftcard ใหม่ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
7. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกรหัส giftcard โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ ซึ่งรวมถึงกรณีอันเป็นที่น่าสงสัยว่ารหัสที่นำมาใช้นั้นไม่ใช้รหัสที่ออกโดยบริษัทฯ หรือรหัส giftcard ที่ได้มาโดยวิธีการใดๆ ที่มีเจตนาทุจริต
8. giftcard นี้ ได้นำส่งภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มเรียบร้อยแล้ว จึงไม่สามารถออกใบกำกับภาษีได้อีก
Terms of Use for SALAD FACTORY giftcard
1. Please inform the staff of your intention to use this giftcard before placing your order each time.
2. This giftcard can be used as cash at all branches of Salad Factory for dine-in and takeout only.
3. This giftcard is valid only within the specified validity period.
4. This giftcard cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
5. Once the intention to use the giftcard is declared, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
6. The company reserves the right not to accept returns or reissue the giftcard code under any circumstances.
7. The company reserves the right to change or cancel the giftcard code without prior notice, including but not limited to cases where the code used is suspected to be invalid, not issued by the company, or obtained through fraudulent means.
8. VAT for this giftcard has already been included; therefore, a tax invoice cannot be issued again.
