เงื่อนไขการใช้ บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ OOTOYA
1. กรุณาแจ้งพนักงานให้ทราบความประสงค์ที่จะใช้งาน giftcard นี้ ก่อนสั่งอาหารทุกครั้ง
2. giftcard นี้ สามารถนำมาใช้แทนเงินสด สำหรับชำระค่าอาหาร และเครื่องดื่ม
3. giftcard นี้ ใช้สำหรับทานที่ร้าน และสั่งกลับบ้านเท่านั้น
4. giftcard นี้ สามารถใช้ที่ร้าน OOTOYA ทุกสาขา ยกเว้น สาขาเดอะมอลล์ โคราช ไม่เข้าร่วมรายการ
5. giftcard นี้ สามารถใช้ได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดไว้เท่านั้น
6. giftcard นี้ ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน หรือทอนเป็นเงินสด ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
7. หากแจ้งประสงค์ใช้ giftcard แล้วไม่สามารถขอยกเลิกได้ทุกกรณี
8. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิไม่รับคืน หรือแลกรหัส giftcard ใหม่ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
9. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกรหัส giftcard โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ ซึ่งรวมถึงกรณีอันเป็นที่น่าสงสัยว่ารหัสที่นำมาใช้นั้นไม่ใช้รหัสที่ออกโดยบริษัทฯ หรือรหัส giftcard ที่ได้มาโดยวิธีการใดๆ ที่มีเจตนาทุจริต
10. giftcard นี้ ได้นำส่งภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มเรียบร้อยแล้ว จึงไม่สามารถออกใบกำกับภาษีได้อีก

Terms of Use for OOTOYA giftcard

1. Please inform the staff of your intention to use this giftcard before ordering food every time.
2. This giftcard can be used as cash for the payment of food and beverages.
3. This giftcard can be used for dine-in and take-away only.
4. This giftcard can be used at all OOTOYA branches except The Mall Korat, which is not participating in the promotion.
5. This giftcard is valid only for the period stated on the giftcard.
6. This giftcard cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products. No refund will be made for any unused balance.
7. If requesting to use an giftcard cannot be canceled in any case.
8. The company reserves the right to return or redeem a new giftcard under any circumstances.
9. The company reserves the right to change or cancel an giftcard without prior notice at any time, including a suspicious situation where the giftcard is not originally issued by the company or received in bad faith by any means.
10. This giftcard was submitted to VAT; therefore, it is not valid for a Tax Invoice.
