LAZADA ฿1000 Gift Card (Congratulations)

1. ใช้ได้เฉพาะกับแอพพลิเคชั่น Lazada บน iOS และ Android เท่านั้น.
2. ใช้รหัสโค้ดที่หน้าการชำระเงิน.
3. ส่วนลดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับสินค้าประเภททองคำ,นมผงสูตร 1และสูตร2, บัตรกำนัลร้านค้า,การเติมเงินโทรศัพท์มือถือ และการชำระบิลทุกประเภท

2. Use the code on the payment page.
3. Discount cannot be used with Mobile Top-ups, Gold, Baby Milk Formula 1&2, GiftCards, or Bill payments.

1. ผู้ใช้จะต้องกรอกรหัสส่วนลดในช่องกรอกรหัส ก่อนทำการชำระเงินเท่านั้น
2. ลูกค้าต้องสมัครสมาชิกและทำการล็อคอินก่อนการใช้รหัสส่วนลดนี้
3. ส่วนลดสามารถใช้ได้ 1 ครั้ง ต่อ 1 คำสั่งซื้อ เว้นแต่มีการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ ส่วนลดจะกลับมาใช้ได้ตามเงื่อนไขในข้อ 8 และข้อ 9
4. ลูกค้าสามารถสะสมยอดการใช้ต่างร้านค้าได้ โดยยอดชำระรวมต้องมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับขั้นต่ำที่กำหนด หลังหักค่าขนส่งและส่วนลดทุกประเภทและชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนเท่านั้น
5. ส่วนลดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับคูปองสะสมโดยลาซาด้า หรือ คูปองแคมเปญได้ และไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับสินค้าที่กฎหมายควบคุมการจัดรายการส่งเสริมการขายได้
6. ส่วนลดนี้สามารถใช้ร่วมกับคูปองร้านค้า คูปองเก็บสะสมโดยแบงค์พาร์ทเนอร์ชิพ, คูปองส่วนลดค่าจัดส่ง, แลกเหรียญเป็นส่วนลด และ LazRewards
7. ส่วนลดนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับสินค้าประเภทดังต่อไปนี้
1.) ทองคำ 2.) นมผงสูตร 1 และ สูตร 2 3.) บัตรกำนัลดิจิทัล 4.) โทรศัพท์มือถือและอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 5.) การเติมเงินโทรศัพท์มือถือ 6.) สินค้าที่ร่วมรายการ Bundle&Save และ CHOICE 7.) การชำระบิลทุกประเภท
8. กรณีมีการขอคืนสินค้าแค่บางชิ้นหรือบางส่วนในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกัน ลูกค้าจะได้รับการคืนส่วนลดตามสัดส่วนของรายการสินค้าที่ขอคืนเท่านั้น
9. กรณีคำสั่งซื้อไม่สำเร็จ หรือเกิดการคืนเงิน/คืนสินค้าด้วยสาเหตุอื่นๆ นอกเหนือไปจากข้อ 8. ลูกค้าจะยังได้รับการพิจารณาคืนส่วนลด ภายใต้เงื่อนไขว่า ส่วนลดนั้นยังไม่หมดอายุเท่านั้น
ทั้งนี้ เงื่อนไขและวันหมดอายุของส่วนลดที่ลูกค้าได้รับคืนนั้น จะยังคงเดิมโดยไม่มีการต่อระยะเวลาหมดอายุ กรณีหากคูปองหมดอายุแล้ว จะไม่สามารถขอคืนส่วนลดได้ทุกกรณี
10. รายการส่วนลดไม่รวมค่าส่ง และไม่สามารถโอน/เปลี่ยน/แลก/ทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
11. ลาซาด้า ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการสั่งซื้อที่ไม่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด และในกรณีพิพาท คำตัดสินของลาซาด้าถือเป็นที่สุด
12. ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามความเหมาะสม โดยผู้ใช้สามารถตรวจสอบได้ ก่อนทำรายการ
13. หากพบปัญหาสามารถสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ของลาซาด้า

1. Customer must enter the giftcard code into the giftcard code field.
2. Customer must register and log into Lazada account before using the discount giftcard.
3. Discount can be used 1 time per order unless the order is cancelled. In such case, the Discount will be reused under the conditions specified in clauses 8 and 9.
4. Customer can combine items from multiple stores, however, the total purchase amount must be equal to or over the required minimum spending after deducting other discounts and shipping fees and must pay in full amount only.
5. Discount cannot be used in conjunction with Lazada platform and campaign giftcard discount, and is not eligible for excluded items.
6. Discount can be used in conjunction with Seller giftcard, Payment giftcard, Free Shipping giftcard, Coins and LazRewards
7. The discount cannot be used with
1.) Gold 2.) Baby Milk Formula 1&2 3.) Digital coupon 4.) Mobiles and some electronics products 5.) Mobile Top-ups 6.) Bundle&Save and CHOICE 7.) Bills payment.
8. If a partial return of items from the same order is requested, the Customer will receive a refund of the discount proportionate to the returned items.
9. If an order is unsuccessful or a refund/return occurs due to reasons other than those specified in clause 8, the customer may still be eligible for a Discount, provided that the Discount has not expired. The terms and expiration date of the Discount will remain unchanged, with no extension of the validity period. If the giftcard has expired, the discount cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
10. Discount does not cover shipping fee and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
11. Lazada Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the specified conditions as well as the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute.
