To redeem the eGiftCard please present the eGiftCard with QR code to a member of staff.

1. ระยะเวลาใช้งาน xxxxxxxx (ตามที่พาร์ทเนอร์กำหนด สูงสุดไม่เกิน 1 ปี)
2. สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้ที่ร้านโคอิเตะทุกสาขา
3. สามารถใช้สิทธิ์โดยการแสดง QR Code / Barcode ผ่านหน้าจอโทรศัพท์มือถือเท่านั้น (ไม่รับภาพ screenshot)
4. ไม่สามารถทำการเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือโอนยอดเงินเข้า KOI Card ได้
5. หากสินค้ามีมูลค่าน้อยกว่ายอดเงินในโค้ด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินทุกกรณี
6. หากสินค้ามีมูลค่าสูงเกินกว่ายอดเงินในโค้ด ลูกค้าจะต้องชำระส่วนที่เหลือด้วยเงินสด หรือบัตรเครดิต หรือวิธีชำระเงินอื่นๆ
7. สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชันส่งเสริมการขายของทางร้านได้บางรายการ
8. ในกรณีที่โค้ดถูกขโมย ทำลาย หรือนำไปใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากเจ้าของโค้ด บริษัทไม่สามารถทำการคืนเงินในทุกกรณี
9. หากโค้ดชำรุดหรือมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลใดๆ ทางร้านมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธงดให้บริการ
10. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ให้บริการหากกดตัดสิทธิ์ หรือไม่มีโค้ดเพื่อใช้สแกนรับสิทธิ์
11. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

1. This egiftcard can only be used at KOI Thé Thailand.
2. To redeem the egiftcard please present the QR code to a member of staff.
3. This egiftcard cannot be used to reload or activate KOI Card.
4. No change will be given if the bill is less than the stated value on the egiftcard.
5. If the bill exceeds the value of the egiftcard, the customer has to pay for the exceeded value.
6. This egiftcard can be used with other promotions. (please check with staff for availability before using the services)
7. The company reserves the right to reject a refund or to issue a new egiftcard if the egiftcard is damaged or used without the egiftcard owner’s permission.
8. The company reserves the right to reject the egiftcard if the egiftcard is damaged, copied or duplicated without permission.
9. KOI THE (Thailand) Co., Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the T&C without any prior notice.
