1. บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ซื้อสินค้าราคาปกติทุกชิ้นที่ร้าน H&M ในประเทศไทยได้ทุกสาขา
2. บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับส่วนลดหรือรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่น ๆ ได้
3. บัตรกำนัลนี้ไม่สามารถขอรับเงินคืนหรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้ไม่ว่าจะเป็นบางส่วนหรือเต็มจำนวน และบัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถใช้ทำรายการได้เพียงครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น
4. มูลค่าคงเหลือของบัตรไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนคืนเป็นเงินสดได้หากยอดซื้อของลูกค้าต่ำกว่ามูลค่าที่ระบุไว้บนหน้าบัตร
5. สินค้าที่ซื้อโดยใช้บัตรกำนัลนี้สามารถนำมาเปลี่ยนได้ภายใน 30 วันหลังการซื้อ แต่ไม่สามารถคืนหรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินได้

2. The giftcard cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions
3. The giftcard cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash in part or in full and is valid for a single transaction only
4. No residue value will be returned if the purchase is below the value indicated on the giftcard
5. Products paid for with the giftcards can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase but cannot be returned or refunded
6. Not applicable for online purchase
7. giftcards cannot be redeemed to purchase H&M giftcards
8. Hthai (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Reserves the right to amend and change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. The company reserves the right not to accept giftcards that come from screen recordings, photos, copies, or print in all cases.
