Visit the brand store

1. Click on “Click to Access.”
2. Select your country code and enter your mobile number. Once complete, click on “Continue.”
3. An OTP will be sent to your WhatsApp/SMS.
4. Enter your name. The name must match the name on the boarding pass/ticket to ensure access is granted only to the rightful owner.
5. Your dedicated lounge package will be displayed. Click on “Browse.”
6. Select the airport.
7. Select your preferred lounge and click “Access Now.”
8. Lounge information will be displayed. Each GiftCard is valid for complimentary access for one person only. You may choose to add additional guests, which will require a separate payment. If not, click “Proceed.”
9. A one-time QR code will be shown. Proceed to the lounge counter and present the QR code.
10. If you click “Done” in Step 9, you will be directed to the homepage. You may then click on “Details” to view your one-time QR code. Kindly note that the QR code is only available for 48 hours, once expired you will need to restart the booking process.

1. Access to the lounge will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
2. Access to/ usage of service(s) may be subject to terms & conditions and restrictions imposed by the lounge and/or governing authorities.
3. Participating lounges reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 2 or 3 hours). This is at the discretion of the individual lounge operator, and it may impose a charge for extended stays, which is to be borne directly by the Customer (if applicable).
4. Before availing the lounges access, name of Customer on the giftcard/ card will be matched with the name on the boarding pass/ ticket to ensure access is being availed by the entitled cardholder/ giftcard holder only.
4. The provision of free alcoholic and/ or any other drinks (if applicable as part of Service, and wherever local law permits) is at the discretion of each participating lounge operator and in some cases may be limited.
5. Each lounge follows certain food offerings, and child-related policy, Customer should make prior inquiries in this respect with the lounge before entry.
6. Lounge staff has the right to terminate the lounge visit early or to refuse entry to a Customer who is either intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly fashion or is otherwise in violation of the terms and conditions of the lounge conditions.
7. By booking/ availing the Service, it is deemed that the Service Receiver and/ or Customer has, before availing the Service read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions associated with the Service.
