3. บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Cash giftcard) ใช้ได้กับแบรนด์บาร์บีคิว พลาซ่า และร้านค้าที่เข้าร่วมรายการโปรโมชัน
4. มูลค่าของบัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Cash giftcard) นี้ สามารถนำมาคำนวณเป็นคะแนนสะสมและยอดใช้จ่ายสะสมในสมาชิกได้ เมื่อท่านนำบัตรกำนัลนี้มาใช้ในการชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการของทางร้าน.
5. โปรดแสดงบัตรกำนัลนี้ต่อพนักงาน ณ จุดชำระเงิน มิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์ สำหรับร้านสาขาที่รองรับระบบการสั่งซื้อ Order to Payment (O2P) โปรดสแกน QR Code ด้านล่างนี้ในระบบของร้านก่อนการชำระเงิน
6. บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Cash giftcard) นี้ใช้ได้ภายในวันที่ระบุในบัตรเท่านั้น หากเกินกำหนดจะถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์.
7. บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากลูกค้าในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้.
7.1 การไม่ได้รับบัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Cash giftcard) เนื่องจากความผิดพลาดอันเกิดจากโทรศัพท์มือถือของลูกค้า.
7.2 การไม่สามารถใช้ บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Cash giftcard) ได้เนื่องจากการสูญหายของข้อมูล.
7.3 การใช้งานบัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Cash giftcard) อย่างไม่ถูกต้อง.
8. การซื้อและการใช้ประโยชน์จากบัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Cash giftcard) นี้ ลูกค้าได้ยินยอมที่จะรับผลผูกพันอันเกี่ยวเนื่องกับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้ และตามที่ปรากฏอยู่ในช่องทางการสื่อสารทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของบริษัทฯทุกประการ.
9. บริษัทฯ ของสงวนสิทธิ์การใช้บัตรกำนัลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Cash giftcard) หากมีการตรวจสอบในระบบพบว่ามีรหัสหมายเลขบัตรที่ได้มีการใช้มาแล้ว การใช้บัตรกำนัลนี้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของบริษัทฯ เท่านั้น.
10. กรุณาใช้สิทธิภายในวันหมดอายุ.

1. This E-Cash giftcard can only be used one time for goods and services and cannot be exchanged for cash or provide a change in cash.
2. This E-Cash giftcard has already been submitted for VAT in accordance with Section 78/3. Therefore, it is not possible to issue a tax invoice when using this E-Cash giftcard to pay for the goods and services at the restaurants.
3. This E-Cash giftcard is redeemable at Bar B Q Plaza and participating promotional stores.
4. The value of this E-Cash giftcard can be used to accumulate reward points for brand members when using this E-Cash giftcard to pay for goods and services at the restaurant.
5. Please present this E-Cash giftcard to the staff at the point of payment; otherwise, you will forfeit your rights. For stores supporting the Order to Payment (O2P) system, kindly scan the QR Code below in the store's system before making a payment.
6. This E-Cash giftcard is valid as per the validity specified on this E-Cash giftcard. If the validity has passed, the redemption would be considered waived.
7. The company reserves the right not to be responsible for any damage caused by the customer in the following cases:
7.1. Not receiving E-Cash giftcard due to mistake regarding customer’s phone number;
7.2. Inability to use E-Cash giftcard due to data loss;
7.3 Incorrect use of the E-Cash giftcard;
8. The purchase and use of this E-Cash giftcard mean that the customer has agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions as provided here and all other communication channels of the company.
9. The use of this E-Cash giftcard is subject to the company’s conditions only.
10. Please redeem within the validity period.
