Please present this E-Gift Card and adjust the brightness of your phone to the maximum to cashier for scanning the barcode at all FamilyMart convenience stores, to redeem the corresponding amount.

1. 此禮物卡使用憑證掃描條碼兌換，務必妥善保管，若因禮物卡及條碼遺失或各種原因造成被協力廠商兌換，所造成損失，須由消費者承擔，恕不補發。

2. 此禮物卡之金額可分多次使用，一旦內含之金額被扣除至 NT$ 0 後，將無法再使用。

3. 此禮物卡售出時已開立統一發票，提取商品時則開立交易明細。（交易明細僅供購買明細核對及退換貨使用，無法進行發票兌獎）

4.此禮物卡商品數量有限，售完為止。

5. 此禮物卡若遇公司舉辦促銷活動期間限定之商品、數量限量的商品，則不予兌換，詳細活動辦法依本公司活動訊息公告為準，若有未盡事宜，悉依本公司之相關公告辦理。

6. 此禮物卡全台灣地區全家便利商店均可兌換，但不得抵用代收及非開立發票之代售業務等商品/服務(如：各類帳單繳費、票券及悠遊卡儲值等)，及依據菸害防制法第9條第3款規定，於本公司店舖恕無法使用此禮物卡購買菸品。因應IFRS(國際會計準則)及稅法規範，自2023年2月底起遊戲點數卡(含虛擬點數)、宅配業務、電信儲值卡、國際快遞此四大類業務，將改為受託代銷商品（所收價款屬代收性質）及隨買跨店取恕無法以禮物卡支付，敬請見諒。

7. 於110年5月12日起，此禮物卡可轉儲至Fami錢包，轉儲後之禮物卡視為已兌換完畢，無法退回原卡片。

8. 特殊規格及有限制功能之禮物卡(如企業專案卡、珍惜卡…等)，無法轉儲至Fami錢包。

9. 此禮物卡轉儲Fami錢包金額上限為5,000元。

10. 此禮物卡轉儲至Fami錢包後，交易方式同禮物卡，不得抵用代收、菸品、受託代銷商品及非開立發票之代售業務等商品/服務。（如：各類帳單繳費、票券及悠遊卡儲值等）。因應IFRS(國際會計準則)及稅法規範，自2023年2月底起遊戲點數卡(含虛擬點數)、宅配業務、電信儲值卡、國際快遞此四大類業務，將改為受託代銷商品（所收價款屬代收性質）及隨買跨店取恕無法以Fami禮物卡錢包支付，敬請見諒。

11. 使用Fami錢包交易後，若需辦理退換貨時，請攜帶原交易明細，退貨金額將一律退還至原Fami錢包內，恕無法退現金。

1. This E-Gift Card is redeemed by scanning the barcode of the certificate. It must be properly preserved. If this Gift Card and barcode are lost or redeemed by cooperating merchants for various reasons, any resulting losses must be borne by the consumer, and replacements will not be issued.

2. The amount on this E-Gift Card can be used multiple times. Once the amount inside is deducted to NT$0, it cannot be used again.

3. This E-Gift Card was issued with a uniform invoice at the time of sale, and a transaction statement is issued when the goods are collected. (The transaction statement is only for purchase details verification and returns, and cannot be used for invoice prize redemption).

4. This E-Gift Card has limited quantities and is available until sold out.

5. If this E-Gift Card encounters promotional activities with limited quantities or specific products during company promotions, it will not be exchangeable. Please refer to the company's event announcements for detailed event terms and conditions. Any matters not covered will be handled according to the company's relevant announcements.

6. This E-Gift Card can be redeemed at all FamilyMart convenience stores across Taiwan. However, it cannot be used for bill payments, tobacco products, consigned goods, and non-invoice sales/services. Starting from February 2023, certain businesses such as gaming cards, home delivery services, telecommunication top-ups, and international express delivery will no longer accept payment via this e-gift card, due to IFRS and tax regulations.

7. This E-Gift Card can be stored in Fami Wallet since 12 May 2021. Once stored, this E-Gift Card is considered redeemed, and cannot be returned to the original card.

8. This E-Gift Card has special specifications and restricted functions (such as corporate project cards, exclusive cards, etc.) cannot be stored in Fami Wallet.

9. The upper limit for transferring this E-Gift Card to Fami Wallet is NT$5,000.

10. Upon transferring this E-Gift Card to Fami Wallet, the transaction method remains the same as the E-Gift Card and cannot be used for bill payments, tobacco products, consigned goods, and non-invoice sales/services. From February 2023, certain businesses like gaming cards, home delivery services, telecommunication top-ups, and international express delivery will no longer accept payment via Fami Wallet, due to IFRS and tax regulations.

11. For returns or exchanges after using Fami Wallet for transactions, please bring the original transaction details. The refund amount will be returned to the original Fami Wallet and cannot be refunded in cash.
