[How to Use]
Access the PlayStation™Store Gift Code Exchange Center (https://www.paysgift.com/Exchange) -> Verify your mobile phone number -> Enter/Check the voucher coupon number -> Click 'Redeem Coupon' -> LMS will be sent to the verified phone number -> Use the gift code in the LMS to top up in the PlayStation™Store
- Can be redeemed at the Exchange Center (https://www.paysgift.com/Exchange) for a PlayStation™Store gift code
- Accessible from both mobile and PC

[Precautions]
- After redeeming the voucher coupon number at the Exchange Center, you can use the PlayStation™Store gift code included in the LMS message to top up your PlayStation™Store account.
- The voucher coupon number cannot be used directly in the PlayStation™Store.
- Each verified phone number can redeem up to 5 times.
- For additional redemptions, phone number re-verification is required. Up to 5 verifications allowed per hour.
- If a phone number is entered incorrectly 5 times, that number will be blocked for 1 day.
- This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Refunds for redeemed items follow PlayStation™Store’s terms of service.

- Operating hours: Weekdays 09:30 ~ 18:00 (Closed on weekends and public holidays)

[Expiration Date Policy]

1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.

2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

1. Before the initial expiration date: Used exchange vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused exchange vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry via the Sodagift chatbot at the bottom-right of sodagift.com, and we will review it and process the refund.

2. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request a refund. The refund rules after the initial validity period has expired are as follows:
- For gift certificates with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
- For gift certificates with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.

※ Applicable to - Limited to gift certificates issued on or after January 1, 2026. (However, gift certificates issued prior to this date will be refunded at 90%.)

3. Refund requests for exchange vouchers whose validity period has expired may only be made within 5 years from the initial issue date.

4. If you did not purchase the gift certificate directly from Sodagift and received it from a company instead, please contact that company directly.
