After the original expiration date: The recipient must contact the inumber Customer Center (+82-1644-5093) to apply. The refund policy after the original expiration date is as follows: For vouchers with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded. For vouchers with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded. ※ Applicable only to vouchers issued on or after January 1, 2026. (For vouchers issued prior to this date, 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.) Refund requests for expired vouchers are only available within 5 years from the original date of issuance. If the gift card was received from a company and not purchased directly through SodaGift, please contact the issuing company directly.
