How to Use the Paris Baguette App:
Download and log in to the app, then tap the Product Information button at the bottom.

Enter the name of the desired product and tap Check Stock at Nearby Stores.

Select your product and, at the payment stage, enter your coupon number in the mobile gift voucher section.
Please note that the product image is for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
For some products, the fruit decorations may be substituted with alternative fruits depending on the season.
Sales prices may vary by store, and in some locations, exchanges may require an additional payment.
If an exchange for the identical product is not available, you may exchange for another product priced at or above the coupon value, with any price difference payable by the customer.
Usage Restrictions
This voucher cannot be combined with partner discounts (credit cards, telecom offers), in-store discount events, or online coupons.
Point accumulation and the use of the Happy Order app are subject to the policies of the exchange outlet.
[Expiration Date Policy]
1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.
2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).
[Cancellation and Refund Policy]
1. Before the initial expiration date: Used exchange vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused exchange vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry via the Sodagift chatbot at the bottom-right of sodagift.com, and we will review it and process the refund.
2. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request a refund. The refund rules after the initial validity period has expired are as follows:
- For gift certificates with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
- For gift certificates with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
※ Applicable to - Limited to gift certificates issued on or after January 1, 2026. (However, gift certificates issued prior to this date will be refunded at 90%.)
3. Refund requests for exchange vouchers whose validity period has expired may only be made within 5 years from the initial issue date.
4. If you did not purchase the gift certificate directly from Sodagift and received it from a company instead, please contact that company directly.
