- Validity Period: Usable for 5 years from the date of issuance for charging/using ONE Store Cash.
- Card Registration: Open the ONE Store app. > Tap [Benefits] at the bottom center > Tap [Coupon/Cash Registration] at the top right > Enter the gift card in the Cash Recharge Code field (11-digit coupon number) > Click [Register].
- Balance Check: Open the ONE Store app. > Tap [MY] at the bottom center > Check the available cash balance under the ONE Store Cash section.
- Usage: Can be used in categories excluding shopping gift cards/exchange vouchers/recharge stations and monthly subscription products.
(Note: Customers using KT or LG U+ carriers cannot pay for shopping delivery products.)

[Important Notes]

- This product is exclusive to members of the ONE Store app.
- The gift card value can be fully converted into ONE Store Cash.
- ONE Store Cash recharged via the gift card will be used in the order of shortest validity first.
- The gift card can be used for charging or spending cash for up to 5 years from the issuance date.
- Transferring recharged ONE Store Cash to another person is not allowed, per ONE Store policies.

[Validity Period Extension Policy]

1. The validity period may only be extended for unused vouchers. Extension requests must be made no later than one day before the voucher's expiration date.

2. The validity period will be extended in increments of 93 days and may be extended for up to five years from the original date of issuance.

3. To request an extension, please use the WinCube Marketing CS portal (cs.giftting.co.kr) via live chat or the 1:1 inquiry form. The portal is available 24 hours a day. Live chat is answered on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding the lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and public holidays). Inquiries submitted outside these hours will be answered in the order received.

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

1. Unused vouchers are eligible for a 100% refund within 93 days of the purchase date. The purchaser must submit an inquiry through the SodaGift chatbot located at the bottom-right corner of sodagift.com. A refund will be processed after the purchase details have been verified.

2. For unused vouchers that have exceeded 93 days from the purchase date, 90% of the purchase amount is refundable. To request a refund, the voucher recipient must submit the request directly through the WinCube Marketing CS portal (cs.giftting.co.kr) via live chat or the 1:1 inquiry form.

3. Vouchers that have already been used cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Even if a voucher has expired, a refund may be requested within five years of the original date of issuance.

5. If you received the gift card from a company rather than purchasing it directly through SodaGift, please contact the company that provided the gift card.
