Visit the brand store

- Validity Period: Usable for 5 years from the date of issuance for charging/using ONE Store Cash.
- Card Registration: Open the ONE Store app. > Tap [Benefits] at the bottom center > Tap [Coupon/Cash Registration] at the top right > Enter the gift card in the Cash Recharge Code field (11-digit coupon number) > Click [Register].
- Balance Check: Open the ONE Store app. > Tap [MY] at the bottom center > Check the available cash balance under the ONE Store Cash section.
- Usage: Can be used in categories excluding shopping gift cards/exchange vouchers/recharge stations and monthly subscription products.
(Note: Customers using KT or LG U+ carriers cannot pay for shopping delivery products.)


[Important Notes]

- This product is exclusive to members of the ONE Store app.
- The gift card value can be fully converted into ONE Store Cash.
- ONE Store Cash recharged via the gift card will be used in the order of shortest validity first.
- The gift card can be used for charging or spending cash for up to 5 years from the issuance date.
- Transferring recharged ONE Store Cash to another person is not allowed, per ONE Store policies.

[Expiration Date Extension Policy]

1. Expiration date extensions are available only for unused vouchers, and requests can be made up to one day before the expiration date.

2. The expiration date is extended in 93-day increments, and extensions are allowed up to a maximum of 5 years from the original issue date.

3. To request an expiration date extension, please call the Wincube Marketing Customer Center (1666-5046). Service hours are weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (Closed on public holidays)

[Cancellation & Refund Policy]

1. Before the initial expiration date, used vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry via the SodaGift chatbot at the bottom right of sodagift.com, and after verification, we will process the refund.

2. After the initial expiration date, the recipient must contact the Wincube Marketing Customer Center (1666-5046) directly. In this case, 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.

3. Even if the voucher has expired, a refund request is possible as long as it is within 5 years from the original issue date.

4. If the gift card was received from a company rather than purchased directly on SodaGift, please contact the issuing company directly.
