[How to Use]

When paying in-store, please present the gift card barcode.

For online purchases, it can be used as a payment method on Olive Young.

[Information]

Registering the gift card on the CJ ONE App/Web makes it more convenient to use.

Registration path: CJ ONE > Gift Card > Gift Card Registration/Conversion > Register

The coupon number is sent as a total of 22 digits.

The 16-digit card number is the first 16 digits of the coupon number.

The scratch/authentication number (6 digits) is the last 6 digits of the coupon number.

[Notes]

After the gift card expiration date, exchanges/refunds/reuse for the payment made with the card are not available.

We cannot provide compensation for accidents caused by customer negligence such as theft or loss of the card number.

[Expiration Date Policy]

1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.

2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

1. Before the initial expiration date: Used exchange vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused exchange vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry via the Sodagift chatbot at the bottom-right of sodagift.com, and we will review it and process the refund.

2. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request a refund. The refund rules after the initial validity period has expired are as follows:
- For gift certificates with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
- For gift certificates with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.

※ Applicable to - Limited to gift certificates issued on or after January 1, 2026. (However, gift certificates issued prior to this date will be refunded at 90%.)

3. Refund requests for exchange vouchers whose validity period has expired may only be made within 5 years from the initial issue date.

4. If you did not purchase the gift certificate directly from Sodagift and received it from a company instead, please contact that company directly.
