The 16-digit card number is the first 16 digits of the coupon number.

After the gift card expiration date, exchanges/refunds/reuse for the payment made with the card are not available.

[Validity Extension Policy] Validity extension is available only for unused vouchers and may be requested through the customer center from 30 days prior to the expiration date until before the expiration date. Each extension extends the validity period by 93 days, and the validity may be extended up to a maximum of 5 years from the original date of issuance. ※ Once the voucher has expired, only a refund is available (extension is not permitted). The validity period may be extended in increments of 93 days; however, extensions are limited to a maximum of 5 years from the original issue date. To request a validity extension, you must contact the inumber Customer Center at +82-1644-5093. (Weekdays only, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays) [Cancellation and Refund Policy] Before the original expiration date: Used vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused vouchers, the purchaser may request a refund by contacting the SodaGift chatbot at the bottom right of sodagift.com. The refund will be processed after confirmation. After the original expiration date: The recipient must contact the inumber Customer Center (+82-1644-5093) to apply. The refund policy after the original expiration date is as follows: For vouchers with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded. For vouchers with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded. ※ Applicable only to vouchers issued on or after January 1, 2026. (For vouchers issued prior to this date, 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.) Refund requests for expired vouchers are only available within 5 years from the original date of issuance. If the gift card was received from a company and not purchased directly through SodaGift, please contact the issuing company directly.
