[Usage Guide]

- Please present the mobile gift certificate at the time of payment.
- This mobile gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the certificate, you can pay the difference to buy additional items.
- The remaining balance is automatically stored and can be used within the validity period.
- A refund of the balance is available after 60% usage (for amounts under 10,000 KRW, after 80% usage).
- If purchased at a discount, the refund will exclude the discount rate.
- After the validity period expires, 90% of the remaining balance is refundable (if purchased at a discount, the discount is doubly deducted).

[Expiration Date Extension Policy]

1. Expiration date extensions are available only for unused vouchers, and requests can be made up to one day before the expiration date.

2. The expiration date is extended in 93-day increments, and extensions are allowed up to a maximum of 5 years from the original issue date.

3. To request an expiration date extension, please call the Wincube Marketing Customer Center (1666-5046). Service hours are weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (Closed on public holidays)

[Cancellation & Refund Policy]

1. Before the initial expiration date, used vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry via the SodaGift chatbot at the bottom right of sodagift.com, and after verification, we will process the refund.

2. After the initial expiration date, the recipient must contact the Wincube Marketing Customer Center (1666-5046) directly. In this case, 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.

3. Even if the voucher has expired, a refund request is possible as long as it is within 5 years from the original issue date.

4. If the gift card was received from a company rather than purchased directly on SodaGift, please contact the issuing company directly.
