[Validity Extension Policy] Validity extension is available only for unused vouchers and may be requested through the customer center from 30 days prior to the expiration date until before the expiration date. Each extension extends the validity period by 93 days, and the validity may be extended up to a maximum of 5 years from the original date of issuance. ※ Once the voucher has expired, only a refund is available (extension is not permitted). The validity period may be extended in increments of 93 days; however, extensions are limited to a maximum of 5 years from the original issue date. (Weekdays only, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays) [Cancellation and Refund Policy] Before the original expiration date: Used vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. After the original expiration date: The recipient must contact the inumber Customer Center (+82-1644-5093) to apply. The refund policy after the original expiration date is as follows: For vouchers with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded. For vouchers with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded. ※ Applicable only to vouchers issued on or after January 1, 2026.
