[How to Use]
- The i-Number exchange voucher (coupon) can be used for purchases after exchanging/registering it as a Kyobo Bookstore gift card at Kyobo Bookstore (online/offline).
[How to Exchange for a Kyobo Bookstore Gift Card]
* Offline Kyobo Bookstore
1. Kiosk: (Members only) Kyobo Gift Card → Member lookup (mobile phone number) → Scan exchange voucher (coupon) → Receive via mobile app or text message (MMS)
※ Receive via mobile app: Registered in MY > My Account > Gift Card > MY Gift Card
2. Counter: Please show the exchange voucher (coupon) to the staff at the counter (information desk). After confirming the coupon number, it will be exchanged for a gift card.
(Exchange not available at campus bookstores, Kyungsung Univ./Pukyong Nat’l Univ. branch, and Gwangju Sangmu branch)

Online Kyobo Bookstore: Login → My → My Account → Select Gift Card tab → Select Gift Card Exchange tab → Enter coupon number → Select receiving method from Register Now / Receive by text message → Exchange completed

※ After exchanging it for a gift card, it cannot be reverted to the mobile exchange voucher (coupon) status regardless of whether it has been used.
[Kyobo Bookstore Gift Card Usage Guide]
- Offline Kyobo Bookstore: Present the Kyobo Bookstore gift card at the counter when paying for products. (Not available at Seoul National University branch)
- Online Kyobo Bookstore: On the payment page, select Gift Card / Kyobo Bookstore Gift Card as the payment method → Enter the card number and verification number to complete payment. (Can be combined with other payment methods)
※ For online payment, only one gift card can be used. (If using multiple gift cards, they must be converted to Kyobo Cash before use)
- The validity period of the Kyobo Bookstore gift card is 5 years from the exchange date.
- If the balance is insufficient when using the gift card, the remaining amount can be paid by additional charging or other payment methods.
- Balance refund: If 60% or more (80% or more for KRW 10,000 cards) has been used, the remaining balance can be refunded at the store.
- Until the period during which buyer cancellation (withdrawal of purchase) is available, the purchaser may request cancellation, and 100% of the purchase amount will be canceled/refunded to the purchaser. After that period, the recipient may request a refund, and 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded to the recipient.
※ This policy applies to purchases made through sodagift.com and may not apply to purchases made through other channels.
※ When purchasing this product, if you select “Send via MMS,” the product link will be sent to the recipient through a KakaoTalk notification message.
If the recipient does not use KakaoTalk, please select “Share Link” and send the generated link to the recipient via text message or another messaging app.
[Validity Period Extension Policy]
1. The validity period may only be extended for unused vouchers. An extension may be requested through the customer service center from 30 days before the expiration date until the voucher expires.
Each extension will extend the validity period by 93 days, and the validity period may be extended for up to five years from the original date of issuance.
※ Once the validity period has expired, only a refund may be requested. The validity period cannot be extended.

3. To request an extension of the validity period, you must contact the inumber Customer Service Center at 1644-5093.

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]
1. Before the initial expiration date: Used vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry through the SodaGift chatbot located at the bottom-right corner of sodagift.com, and a refund will be processed after verification.
2. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must contact the inumber Customer Service Center at 1644-5093 to request a refund. The following refund policy applies after the initial validity period has expired.
* Gift certificates with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase price will be refunded.
* Gift certificates with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase price will be refunded.
※ Eligibility: This policy applies only to gift certificates issued on or after January 1, 2026. Gift certificates issued before this date are eligible for a 90% refund.
3. Refund requests for expired vouchers may only be submitted within five years from the original date of issuance.
4. If you received the gift card from a company rather than purchasing it directly through SodaGift, please contact the company that provided the gift card.
