This mobile gift certificate can be used at Hollys stores and the Hollys APP.
Hollys APP Usage Guide:
1. Log in to the APP → My Hollys → My Hollys Card → Register External Channel Voucher → Register
2. Smart Order → Place Order → Select Store → Select Menu → In the Payment Screen, Choose [Payment Method] → Select Hollys Card
- When paying at a store POS, please present the mobile coupon to the staff.
- Balance management and mixed payments (cash/card) are available.
- Cash receipts can be issued.
- Partial use is allowed, and the remaining balance will be automatically stored.
- When exchanging the voucher for a product, Crown points can be accumulated, but promotions/discounts follow Hollys’ official policy.
- For coffee beverages, Hollys membership benefits and partner discounts can be applied when using the coupon.
- Store business hours may vary; please check the official Hollys website before visiting.
- Tumbler discounts can be applied.
- This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

[Usage Restrictions]
- This mobile gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Any remaining balance after use will be stored for reuse within the validity period.
- Additional payment beyond the voucher amount can be made using the same digital gift certificate, cash, or credit card.

[Validity Extension Policy] Validity extension is available only for unused vouchers and may be requested through the customer center from 30 days prior to the expiration date until before the expiration date. Each extension extends the validity period by 93 days, and the validity may be extended up to a maximum of 5 years from the original date of issuance. ※ Once the voucher has expired, only a refund is available (extension is not permitted). The validity period may be extended in increments of 93 days; however, extensions are limited to a maximum of 5 years from the original issue date. To request a validity extension, you must contact the inumber Customer Center at +82-1644-5093. (Weekdays only, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays) [Cancellation and Refund Policy] Before the original expiration date: Used vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused vouchers, the purchaser may request a refund by contacting the SodaGift chatbot at the bottom right of sodagift.com. The refund will be processed after confirmation. After the original expiration date: The recipient must contact the inumber Customer Center (+82-1644-5093) to apply. The refund policy after the original expiration date is as follows: For vouchers with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded. For vouchers with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded. ※ Applicable only to vouchers issued on or after January 1, 2026. (For vouchers issued prior to this date, 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.) Refund requests for expired vouchers are only available within 5 years from the original date of issuance. If the gift card was received from a company and not purchased directly through SodaGift, please contact the issuing company directly.
