[Where to Use]
Eligible Locations:
Hyundai Department Store, Hyundai Outlet, TheHyundai.com, Hyundai Home Shopping, Hmall, Handsome, Rivet, and other affiliates of the Hyundai Department Store Group.

How to Register Your Mobile Gift Card:
※ To register an H.Point Mobile Gift Card, you must first install the H.Point app and sign up for an account.
① In the app, navigate through Menu > Stack > Receipt/Coupon > Coupon Accumulation and select the issuer Galaxia Money Tree.
② Enter your 16-digit gift card number, agree to the charge, and tap Convert.

[Important Notes]
If the sender cancels the payment, you will not be able to use this mobile gift card.
The mobile gift card is a gift card number/authentication code that can be charged as points within the H.Point app.
The mobile gift card cannot be used directly; you must first charge it to your H.Point account. Once charged, it can only be used at the designated locations, and the transaction cannot be canceled.

[Expiration Date Policy]

1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.

2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

1. Before the initial expiration date: Used exchange vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused exchange vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry via the Sodagift chatbot at the bottom-right of sodagift.com, and we will review it and process the refund.

2. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request a refund. The refund rules after the initial validity period has expired are as follows:
- For gift certificates with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
- For gift certificates with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.

※ Applicable to - Limited to gift certificates issued on or after January 1, 2026. (However, gift certificates issued prior to this date will be refunded at 90%.)

3. Refund requests for exchange vouchers whose validity period has expired may only be made within 5 years from the initial issue date.

4. If you did not purchase the gift certificate directly from Sodagift and received it from a company instead, please contact that company directly.
