2) You will receive the barcode through a text message
3) Present the barcode text message at the Galleria department store to redeem physical gift card
※ Barcode is not included in this gift. Must call ARS center written on the text message sent to phone number to receive the barcode.
- The redeemed gift certificate can be used in participating affiliated stores.
If a text message needs to be resent due to deletion, non-receipt, or any other reason, please contact the SodaGift Customer Center.
[Cancellation & Refund Policy]
Cancellation or refund requests can be made only by the purchaser, and only for unused vouchers.
For refunds of unused vouchers, the purchaser should leave an inquiry via the SodaGift chatbot at the bottom right of sodagift.com. After verification, we will process the refund to the purchaser.
If the gift card was received from a company rather than purchased directly on SodaGift, please contact the issuing company directly.
