[How to use]
Shop at the designated stores
-> Present the coupon at the checkout counter
-> Scan the barcode to deduct the corresponding amount
※ If the total amount exceeds the coupon value, the remaining balance can be paid using cash, credit card, or gift certificates.
[Usage Instructions]
- Once used in-store, the coupon cannot be canceled or refunded.
- This coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
- After the initial deduction, cancellation (refund) is not possible.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the coupon value, additional payment is required.
- A maximum of 10 coupons can be used per transaction.
- Unused balance remains stored and can be used within the validity period.
- Check the list of non-participating stores before using the coupon.
- For refund, exchange, or approval inquiries, please contact the original seller (Emart is not the issuer but only the redemption location).
- Some stores may not accept this coupon.
- Refer to the designated mandatory closing days of each Emart/Traders location.
- This coupon can be combined with other discount coupons and Shinsegae Points accumulation.
- Printed copies of mobile coupons are not accepted for payment. Only digital presentation via mobile devices is allowed.
[Expiration Date Policy]
1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.
2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).
[Cancellation and Refund Policy]
1. Before the initial expiration date: Used exchange vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused exchange vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry via the Sodagift chatbot at the bottom-right of sodagift.com, and we will review it and process the refund.
2. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request a refund. The refund rules after the initial validity period has expired are as follows:
- For gift certificates with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
- For gift certificates with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
※ Applicable to - Limited to gift certificates issued on or after January 1, 2026. (However, gift certificates issued prior to this date will be refunded at 90%.)
3. Refund requests for exchange vouchers whose validity period has expired may only be made within 5 years from the initial issue date.
4. If you did not purchase the gift certificate directly from Sodagift and received it from a company instead, please contact that company directly.
