[How to Use]
Domino’s Pizza Online Only:
Can be used on the Domino’s Pizza website and mobile app.
Not valid for offline store visits or phone orders.

[How to Order]
-> Visit the Domino’s Pizza website (web.dominos.co.kr).
-> Log in (Non-members must sign up before using).
-> Go to My Info > Gift Voucher Menu, then register your voucher.
-> Add your desired menu items to the cart.
-> Select your delivery address or pickup store.
-> Proceed to checkout, then select your voucher for payment.
-> Review the final payment amount and complete the purchase.

[Important Notes]
- Can only be used for orders via the Domino’s website or mobile app (Offline/phone orders not allowed).
- Login is required (Non-members must sign up to use the voucher).
- Up to two vouchers can be used per order.
- Domino’s E-Coupons can be redeemed via the App/Website E-Coupon tab (for delivery and pickup orders).
- Can be combined with other coupons, including E-Coupon menu vouchers, DominoCon set vouchers, and single-item vouchers.
- Discount policies, including partnership discounts, set menus, promotions, and side dish half-price deals, depend on Domino’s brand policy.
- Remaining balance must be prepaid online (post-payment or order modifications are not allowed).
- When using multiple vouchers, the one with the smallest remaining balance will be used first.
- An automatic cash receipt will be issued for the amount paid using the voucher.
- If an order is canceled, the voucher balance is immediately restored.

[Usage Restrictions]
Delivery may not be available in some areas due to store conditions.

[Validity Extension Policy] Validity extension is available only for unused vouchers and may be requested through the customer center from 30 days prior to the expiration date until before the expiration date. Each extension extends the validity period by 93 days, and the validity may be extended up to a maximum of 5 years from the original date of issuance. ※ Once the voucher has expired, only a refund is available (extension is not permitted). The validity period may be extended in increments of 93 days; however, extensions are limited to a maximum of 5 years from the original issue date. To request a validity extension, you must contact the inumber Customer Center at +82-1644-5093. (Weekdays only, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays) [Cancellation and Refund Policy] Before the original expiration date: Used vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused vouchers, the purchaser may request a refund by contacting the SodaGift chatbot at the bottom right of sodagift.com. The refund will be processed after confirmation. After the original expiration date: The recipient must contact the inumber Customer Center (+82-1644-5093) to apply. The refund policy after the original expiration date is as follows: For vouchers with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded. For vouchers with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded. ※ Applicable only to vouchers issued on or after January 1, 2026. (For vouchers issued prior to this date, 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.) Refund requests for expired vouchers are only available within 5 years from the original date of issuance. If the gift card was received from a company and not purchased directly through SodaGift, please contact the issuing company directly. [Protection of Prepaid Funds] In accordance with Articles 25-2 and 25-3 of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act and Article 13-7 of its Enforcement Decree, the company safeguards the full amount of prepaid funds.
