[How to Use]
- In-store: Present the gift certificate at checkout or use the self-checkout
(Select 'Daiso Gift Certificate' > Scan items > Scan barcode or enter code > Pay)
- Daiso Mall (Online): Enter the amount to use for 'Daiso Gift Certificate' at checkout > Pay
(Available after registering the gift certificate)

[Important Notes]
- Please check available stores before use.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the gift certificate value, additional payment by card or cash is possible.
- Points can be accumulated when paying with the gift certificate.
- Items purchased with the gift certificate can be exchanged or refunded within the validity period.
- Free promotional gift certificates (e.g., giveaways, prizes) cannot be refunded or extended.

Mobile gift certificates purchased through unauthorized means (e.g., secondhand sites, auction sites, or providing only coupon codes) may be restricted from use.

* Protection of prepaid balance: In accordance with Article 25-2 and 25-3 of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act and Article 13-7 of its Enforcement Decree, we fully protect the prepaid balance. (Certificate No. 100-000-2024-0445-6694)

[Expiration Date Policy]

1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.

2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

1. Before the initial expiration date: Used exchange vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused exchange vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry via the Sodagift chatbot at the bottom-right of sodagift.com, and we will review it and process the refund.

2. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request a refund. The refund rules after the initial validity period has expired are as follows:
- For gift certificates with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
- For gift certificates with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.

※ Applicable to - Limited to gift certificates issued on or after January 1, 2026. (However, gift certificates issued prior to this date will be refunded at 90%.)

3. Refund requests for exchange vouchers whose validity period has expired may only be made within 5 years from the initial issue date.

4. If you did not purchase the gift certificate directly from Sodagift and received it from a company instead, please contact that company directly.

Protection of prepaid charging funds: In accordance with Article 25-2 and Article 25-3 of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act and Article 13-7 of its Enforcement Decree, we protect all prepaid charging funds in full. (Securities No. 100-000-2024 0445 6694)"
