[How to Use]
- In-store: Present the gift certificate at checkout or use the self-checkout
(Select 'Daiso Gift Certificate' > Scan items > Scan barcode or enter code > Pay)
- Daiso Mall (Online): Enter the amount to use for 'Daiso Gift Certificate' at checkout > Pay
(Available after registering the gift certificate)

[Important Notes]
- Please check available stores before use.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the gift certificate value, additional payment by card or cash is possible.
- Points can be accumulated when paying with the gift certificate.
- Items purchased with the gift certificate can be exchanged or refunded within the validity period.
- Free promotional gift certificates (e.g., giveaways, prizes) cannot be refunded or extended.

Mobile gift certificates purchased through unauthorized means (e.g., secondhand sites, auction sites, or providing only coupon codes) may be restricted from use.

* Protection of prepaid balance: In accordance with Article 25-2 and 25-3 of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act and Article 13-7 of its Enforcement Decree, we fully protect the prepaid balance. (Certificate No. 100-000-2024-0445-6694)

[Expiration Date Policy]

1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.

2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

[Cancel and Refund Policy]

1.Before initial expiration: Redeemed gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded. Unused valid gift cards can be cancelled and refunded to purchasers by contacting SodaGift customer support at (support@sodagift.com).

2.Expired gift cards: Unused expired gift cards can be refunded for 90% of the gift card amount. Contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

3.Refunds for expired gift cards cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

Prepaid Credit Protection: In accordance with Articles 25-2 and 25-3 of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act and Article 13-7 of its Enforcement Decree, we take necessary measures to fully protect the total amount of prepaid credit. (Certificate Number: 100-000-2024 0445 6694)
