- This digital gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Once converted to Casamia points, refunds are not possible.

[Important Notes]
- Points must be converted at a Casamia store or through the membership site before use.
- Store business hours may vary, so please check before visiting.
- Converted points are valid for three months from the date of conversion.
- Expired points cannot be used or extended.
- Only properly registered digital gift certificates can be used (certification numbers alone are not accepted).
- For refund, exchange, or approval inquiries, please contact the original purchase site, not Casamia headquarters or stores.
- To use points, you must be a registered Casamia member.
- If you cancel a purchase after using points and your remaining balance becomes negative, newly accumulated points will be restricted until the balance is restored to zero.
Points cannot be used for shipping fees on Casamia Online Mall purchases.
If the final payment amount is less than 5,000 KRW, points cannot be used on Casamia Online Mall.

[Refund Policy]
Once converted to Casamia points, refunds are not allowed.
Points cannot be transferred, lent, or used as collateral.
[Expiration Date Policy]
1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.
2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).
[Cancellation and Refund Policy]
1. Before the initial expiration date: Used exchange vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused exchange vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry via the Sodagift chatbot at the bottom-right of sodagift.com, and we will review it and process the refund.
2. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request a refund. The refund rules after the initial validity period has expired are as follows:
- For gift certificates with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
- For gift certificates with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
※ Applicable to - Limited to gift certificates issued on or after January 1, 2026. (However, gift certificates issued prior to this date will be refunded at 90%.)
3. Refund requests for exchange vouchers whose validity period has expired may only be made within 5 years from the initial issue date.
4. If you did not purchase the gift certificate directly from Sodagift and received it from a company instead, please contact that company directly.
