[Where to Use]
This coupon can be used at all Blue Shark stores nationwide.

[Important Notes]
- You can use the coupon multiple times, and the remaining balance will be saved automatically.
- Discounts, coupon accumulation, and other benefits follow Blue Shark Coffee's policies.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the coupon value, you can pay the difference using another payment method.
- To check the balance or usage status, please contact the Coup Marketing Customer Center (1644-5093).
- Customer Service Hours: Weekdays 09:30 - 18:00 (Closed on weekends and public holidays)
- For refunds, exchanges, or payment approval inquiries, please contact the place where you purchased the gift certificate.
- This digital gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Stores cannot process balance refunds. If you need a refund for the remaining balance, please contact the Coup Marketing Customer Center (1644-5093).
- Any remaining balance after use will be stored for use within the coupon's validity period.
- Additional payments can be made using the same digital gift certificate, cash, or credit card.

[Usage Restrictions]
- You can request a refund for the remaining balance within 5 years from the purchase date.
- Stores cannot process balance refunds. For refunds, please contact the Coup Marketing Customer Center (1644-5093).
- Refunds are calculated based on the usage ratio relative to the purchase amount.
Example: If a discounted product is purchased, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the discount percentage.
- Refund conditions:
For gift certificates worth 10,000 KRW or less, at least 80% must be used before requesting a refund.
For gift certificates worth more than 10,000 KRW, at least 60% must be used before requesting a refund.

[Expiration Date Policy]

1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.

2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

1. Before the initial expiration date: Used exchange vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused exchange vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry via the Sodagift chatbot at the bottom-right of sodagift.com, and we will review it and process the refund.

2. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request a refund. The refund rules after the initial validity period has expired are as follows:
- For gift certificates with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
- For gift certificates with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.

※ Applicable to - Limited to gift certificates issued on or after January 1, 2026. (However, gift certificates issued prior to this date will be refunded at 90%.)

3. Refund requests for exchange vouchers whose validity period has expired may only be made within 5 years from the initial issue date.

4. If you did not purchase the gift certificate directly from Sodagift and received it from a company instead, please contact that company directly.

Protection of prepaid charging funds: In accordance with Article 25-2 and Article 25-3 of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act and Article 13-7 of its Enforcement Decree, we protect all prepaid charging funds in full. (Securities No. 100-000-2024 0445 6694)"
