[Precautions]
This gift card can be used in the Banapresso application.
The PIN number of the gift card must be registered in the Banapresso APP (hereinafter, "Bana App") and exchanged for "Banapresso Partner Recharge Points" before use.
The amount can be used partially, and the remaining balance can be stored. It can be used for mixed payments with other payment methods except for other points.
※ Check remaining balance: Bana App > Membership > Points
If a transaction includes mixed payments using converted points, stamps and points will not be accrued.
The validity period follows the expiration date stated on the gift card. Once converted into points, they will be valid for five years from the registration date in the Bana App.
Within 7 days after point conversion, unused points can be "canceled."
A refund of points is possible if at least 60% of the total remaining balance after the last recharge has been used. The refund amount will be provided after deducting a refund processing fee.

[Usage Restrictions]
If the point conversion process is not completed in the Bana App, the gift card cannot be used.
This gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or "Banapresso physical gift certificates."
[Expiration Date Policy]
1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.
2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).
[Cancellation and Refund Policy]
1. Before the initial expiration date: Used exchange vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused exchange vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry via the Sodagift chatbot at the bottom-right of sodagift.com, and we will review it and process the refund.
2. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request a refund. The refund rules after the initial validity period has expired are as follows:
- For gift certificates with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
- For gift certificates with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
※ Applicable to - Limited to gift certificates issued on or after January 1, 2026. (However, gift certificates issued prior to this date will be refunded at 90%.)
3. Refund requests for exchange vouchers whose validity period has expired may only be made within 5 years from the initial issue date.
4. If you did not purchase the gift certificate directly from Sodagift and received it from a company instead, please contact that company directly.
