How to Order via Mobile App:
- Download the BHC app from Google Play Store or App Store → Register the voucher → Select order type (delivery/pick-up) → Set address & choose a store → Confirm order and payment → Place order

[Important Notes]
1. Depending on the store, this product may not be available or may not be exchangeable for the same item.
2. It is more convenient and faster to use the voucher via the BHC App.
3. Additional charges may apply at certain stores such as Jeju Island, military bases, stadiums, etc., due to different pricing.
4. Delivery may not be available for some locations or long distances, and delivery fees may vary depending on the region.
5. For in-store dining, prices may differ and extra payment may be required. Drink types and brands may vary depending on store inventory.
6. Drinks included in the set menu are required items and cannot be excluded.
7. If exchanged for a lower-priced item, the price difference is non-refundable. If exchanged for a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid.

[Expiration Date Policy]

1. You can only extend the expiration date of valid gift cards up to the day before expiration.

2. Expiration date can be extended on a 93 days basis, but it cannot exceed 5 years from the date of initial issuance.

3. To extend expiration date of a valid gift card, contact inumber customer support at (1644-5093). Customer service hours are from Monday through Friday (9 AM to 6 PM KST).

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

1. Before the initial expiration date: Used exchange vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused exchange vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry via the Sodagift chatbot at the bottom-right of sodagift.com, and we will review it and process the refund.

2. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the inumber Customer Center (1644-5093) to request a refund. The refund rules after the initial validity period has expired are as follows:
- For gift certificates with a face value exceeding KRW 50,000: 95% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
- For gift certificates with a face value of KRW 50,000 or less: 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.

※ Applicable to - Limited to gift certificates issued on or after January 1, 2026. (However, gift certificates issued prior to this date will be refunded at 90%.)

3. Refund requests for exchange vouchers whose validity period has expired may only be made within 5 years from the initial issue date.

4. If you did not purchase the gift certificate directly from Sodagift and received it from a company instead, please contact that company directly.
