2) Receive a barcode verification message (MMS) after the call ends
3) Visit AK PLAZA (Suwon, Bundang, Pyeongtaek, Wonju), Information Desk (Gwangmyeong), Airport Specialty Store (Incheon) and request payment via authentication message

- Immediate use: AK PLAZA (Suwon, Bundang, Pyeongtaek, Wonju, Gwangmyeong, Geumjeong), AK& (Hongdae, Giheung), and airport specialty stores (excluding rent-a-carry stores)
- Subsidiary gift certificate exchange: AK PLAZA Gift Certificate Desk (Suwon, Bundang, Pyeongtaek, Wonju), Information Desk (Gwangmyeong)

※ The initial delivery text of the gift certificate does not include a barcode. When redeeming the gift certificate, please receive the barcode through the ARS connection in the message.
※ The verification message has a validity period, so please call 080-970-0123 from the mobile phone that received this message on the day of redemption/exchange. If the expiration date has passed, you can call again to receive it.
※ Refunds can be processed by contacting the Galaxia Moneytree Customer Center at 1566-0123. (weekdays 09:00~18:00) - 60% or more for redemptions over 10,000 won / 80% or more for redemptions under 10,000 won
If a text message needs to be resent due to deletion, non-receipt, or any other reason, please contact the SodaGift Customer Center.
[Cancellation & Refund Policy]
Cancellation or refund requests can be made only by the purchaser, and only for unused vouchers.
For refunds of unused vouchers, the purchaser should leave an inquiry via the SodaGift chatbot at the bottom right of sodagift.com. After verification, we will process the refund to the purchaser.
If the gift card was received from a company rather than purchased directly on SodaGift, please contact the issuing company directly.
