[Usage Guide]
1. This coupon can be used in partial amounts, and if the total exceeds the face value, you can pay the difference using another payment method.
2. Please present your mobile coupon at the time of payment after selecting your product.
3. Not available at some special stores.
4. Usable when ordering via Twosome Order (APP).
5. A cash receipt can be issued for the amount used.
6. Cannot be used to purchase or recharge gift cards.
7. When paying with a mobile coupon, partner discounts, set menus, and promotional discounts may not apply.
8. When paying with a mobile coupon, Twosome Heart points are accrued based on 20% of the payment amount.
9. Refunds or remaining balance refunds are not available at the store. For refund inquiries, please contact the customer center (Wincube Marketing Co., Ltd. 1666-5046).
10. Remaining balance can be refunded when at least 60% (or 80% for coupons under KRW 10,000) of the face value is used.

[Expiration Date Extension Policy]

1. Expiration date extensions are available only for unused vouchers, and requests can be made up to one day before the expiration date.

2. The expiration date is extended in 93-day increments, and extensions are allowed up to a maximum of 5 years from the original issue date.

3. To request an expiration date extension, please call the Wincube Marketing Customer Center (1666-5046). Service hours are weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. (Closed on public holidays)

[Cancellation & Refund Policy]

1. Before the initial expiration date, used vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. For unused vouchers, the purchaser may leave an inquiry via the SodaGift chatbot at the bottom right of sodagift.com, and after verification, we will process the refund.

2. After the initial expiration date, the recipient must contact the Wincube Marketing Customer Center (1666-5046) directly. In this case, 90% of the purchase amount will be refunded.

3. Even if the voucher has expired, a refund request is possible as long as it is within 5 years from the original issue date.

4. If the gift card was received from a company rather than purchased directly on SodaGift, please contact the issuing company directly.
