- To use the GiftCard at the store, the recipient must present the code or QR to the store manager for validation.
- The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the GiftCard and QR code, and must only give it to the store manager when committed to using it.
- The GiftCard may not be valid for some promotional items/services, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The GiftCard is for one-time use only. If the full amount is not used, no cash change will be given. If the purchase exceeds the GiftCard value, the recipient must pay the difference.
- Multiple GiftCard codes may be used per transaction.
- If the item/service is unavailable during redemption, the recipient may redeem other items of equivalent peso value indicated on the GiftCard.
- Item/service availability depends on the current stock of participating branches.
