1. Go to the participating store location.
2. Present GiftCard code.
3. Enjoy!
- The IKEA GiftCard (QR or code) must be exchanged for a physical IKEA Gift Card valid only at the IKEA Pasay store. The recipient is responsible for safekeeping the QR and code.
- Before shopping, proceed to the IKEA Customer Relations Counter on the 3rd level Customer Service area.
- Present the QR or code to the IKEA co-worker at the Customer Relations Counter for validation.
- Wait for the IKEA co-worker to complete the validation process. The co-worker will receive a response indicating the GiftCard amount and validity, and will follow only what is stated in the validation.
- Only one (1) IKEA GiftCard is valid per transaction.
- Once validation is complete, a physical IKEA Gift Card loaded with the same value will be issued. The value cannot be split into multiple gift cards.
- The physical IKEA Gift Card can be used at Checkout, Restaurant, Bistro, Café, and Swedish Food Market.
- If the validation system is offline or unavailable, the IKEA co-worker will politely decline to validate. They may check again once the system is restored.
- The IKEA GiftCard and physical IKEA Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, or replaced if lost or stolen.
