1. Applicable for use on: www.foodpanda.my or the foodpanda Malaysia app. foodpanda e-gift cards may only be redeemed in Malaysia for the payment or part of the payment at restaurants, pandamart and shops on foodpanda.my.
2. Stackable with other promotions/eGift Cards/ e-gift cards: Yes
3. E-gift cards can be used to offset the entire order value at the checkout page including delivery fees & platform fees.
4. This e-gift card is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Once redeemed, you must use the e-gift card before the expiry date. Strictly NO extension of validity.
6. Any e-gift card that has not been spent by the expiry date will be canceled and will no longer be available in your foodpanda account.
7. To view your e-gift card balance, visit your pandapay account on foodpanda.my
8. If you use the e-gift card (in full or in part) to pay your foodpanda order and your order is canceled before delivery, your refund will be issued to you in the same form as the original payment was made (ie as e-gift card balance+credit card)
