No returns and no refunds on gift cards.
1. Sign in to ZALORA Malaysia app or https://www.zalora.com.my and add items to the cart
2. At checkout, go to “ZALORA Voucher,” enter the gift card code and click “Apply”
3. Proceed with checkout as per normal
1. Exclusions and Stackability: Applicable on all items except items under beauty, electronics, home and lifestyle categories. Stackable with Brand Vouchers and Bonus Vouchers. Not stackable with other Zalora and Bank/Payment Vouchers
2. Applicability: The e-gift card code can only be used at ZALORA Malaysia (on app and on https://www.zalora.com.my ), is applicable for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted or the card expires
3. Returns and Refunds: The e-gift card code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be cancelled. In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the voucher code, which can be used for future purchases. The eGift Card code will not be replaced nor reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged or expired
4. Validity: E-gift cards are valid for a fixed period from the date of activation
