2. This eGift Card is valid for 1 year from date of issue.
3. The eGift Cards are Non-reloadable.
4. This eGift Card needs to be used in full. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of eGift Card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer.
5. Redeemable during End of Season Sales, Promotions & Offers.
6. This eGift Card cannot be exchanged for Cash/Gift Cards/Credit Notes.
7. Protect the eGift Card number and PIN to avoid misuse. Wah Chan shall not assume any liability in case the eGift Card PIN gets stolen/compromised, Wah Chan shall neither replace the eGift Card nor refund cash.
8. Only valid eGift Card would be accepted.
9. Any disputes/s shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur.
10. This eGift Card is the property of Wah Chan.
