4. This voucher allows the holder/bearer to redeem goods at any of TFP Retail Sdn. Bhd. participating brands outlets. However, the voucher is not exchangeable for cash or any other form of legal tender.
5. Should the value of the goods exceed the amount stated in the voucher during the redemption of goods, the bearer must pay the difference thereof. If the price is less than the amount stated in the voucher, TFP Retail Sdn. Bhd. shall not refund the difference thereof to the bearer.
6. TFP Retail Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of this voucher and any of the losses or damages suffered by the bearer of this voucher that arises from or in connection with the loss or damages of the vouchers.
7. Damaged voucher will be considered invalid voucher and not replaceable.
8. TFP Retail Sdn. Bhd. only accepts original vouchers; photocopies are not valid.
9. This voucher is not refundable and not exchangeable with voucher of other denominations.
10. The validity of this voucher cannot be extended. Expired voucher will neither be accepted nor replaced.
11. This voucher is not valid for redemption at the non-participating concessionaire counter.
