1. Accepted in all OGAWA stores in Malaysia.
2..The E-Gift Cards are Non-reloadable.
3. This E-Gift Card needs to be used in full. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of EGV, the difference shall be paid by the bearer. A credit note shall be issued for the unused part of the E-Gift Card.
4. Redeemable during End of Season Sales, Promotions & Offers.
5. This E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for Cash/Gift Cards/Credit Notes.
6. Protect the E-Gift Card number and PIN to avoid misuse. OGAWA shall not assume any liability in case the EGV PIN gets stolen/compromised, OGAWA shall neither replace the EGV nor refund cash.
7. Only valid E-Gift Cards would be accepted.
8. Any disputes/s shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur.
9. This Card is the property of OGAWA.
10. OGAWA reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
