Redemption at cashier counter:
The E-gift card is to be redeemed at Jaya Grocer's cashier counter:
Step 1: Make a transaction at Jaya Grocer stores
Step 2: Prior to payment, present your Jaya Grocer E-Gift Card to the cashier
Step 3: The cashier scans your E-Gift Card barcode
Step 4: The E-Gift Card value will be deducted from your bill immediately
Redemption at the self-checkout counter:
The E-gift card is to be redeemed at Jaya Grocer's self-checkout counter:
Step 1: Make a transaction at Jaya Grocer stores
Step 2: Prior to payment, scan your Jaya Grocer E-Gift Card barcode
Step 3: The E-Gift Card value will be deducted from your bill immediately
1. This E-gift card is valid for one transaction only and is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash.
2. This E-gift card is valid at all Jaya Grocer outlets.
3. During the redemption of goods, if the value of the goods is less than the amount on the E-gift card, no refund will be given for the remaining unused balance. If the value of the goods exceeds the amount on the E-gift card, then the difference should be paid by the bearer.
