2) Valid in all Gong cha outlets in Malaysia.

1) This eGift Card is valid for a single transaction only and a maximum of ONE (1) eGift Card redeemable per transaction.
2) This eGift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or whole.
3) This eGift Card is valid for one-time use; any remaining balance will be forfeited.
4) Present your eGift Card at the store upon redemption. Printed eGift Cards and screenshots will not be accepted.
5) This eGift Card is non-refundable and cannot be replaced if voided in error. The unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon the expiry date.
6) This eGift Card cannot be used for pickup and delivery from all Gong cha outlets nationwide.
7) Teafe (M) SDN BHD is not responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or destruction of the eGift Card and has no obligation to replace or refund its value if lost, stolen, or damaged.
