Ayu Borneo RM50 Gift Card

Present your mobile device with an open gift gift card to the merchant staff.
Merchant staff are to click on the “Enter Merchant Pin “ button to input the merchant pin to complete the redemption process.
Screenshots and printed copies of gift cards will not be accepted.

1. This eGift Card is valid at all Ayu Borneo & Borneo Oasis outlets.
2. This eGift Card validity is until the expiry date shown above. Strictly no extensions from the expiry date are allowed.
3. This eGift Card is redeemable every day, including WEEKENDS and Public Holidays.
4. RM 50 eGift Card given by Ayu Borneo can be used for any treatments in the menu with Normal Price (60 minutes and above treatment only). One eGift Card to be used for one treatment only.
5. Please present this complimentary eGift Card upon redemption at the outlet.
6. Reservations of 2 days in advance are highly recommended to secure a massage session.
7. No walk-in customer. All reservations must be made from 11 am – 8.30 pm through the Call Centre at 03-3385 5515.
8. This eGift Card is only valid for a standard massage as mentioned above. Any additional product (aroma oil/balm) to be added to this treatment has to be paid for separately.
9. Customers are NOT allowed to bring their own massage oil or balm.
10. Customers who are pregnant are not allowed to receive any massage.
11. Customers who are below 12 years old are not allowed to receive any massage and are not allowed to enter treatment rooms with their parents.
12. This eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or used with other promotional programmes, packages, offers, or discounts unless specified.
