No returns and no refunds on gift cards.
1. e-Gift Voucher can be redeemed at physical store only. Not applicable for online purchase.
2. User shall be required to present the valid e-Gift Voucher barcode for scanning, either in the iAEON application and/or downloaded PDF or picture version to the cashier, for redemption at any Physical Store of AEON.
3. This e-Gift Voucher allows user to redeem goods at any physical general merchandise store of AEON excluding MaxValu/MaxValu Prime, DAISO, AEONWellness and Komai-so (“Physical Store”)
1. This e-eGift Card allows user to redeem goods at any physical general merchandise store of AEON excluding AEON Food Court, MaxValu/MaxValu Prime, DAISO, AEON Wellness and Komai-so (“Physical Store”)
2. This e-eGift Card shall not be applicable for any online purchase/redemption at any online platforms or applications of AEON.
3. This e-eGift Card is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other type of vouchers or any other forms of legal tender.
4. User shall be required to present the valid e-eGift Card barcode for scanning, either in the iAEON application and/or downloaded PDF or picture version to the cashier, for redemption at any Physical Store of AEON.
5. Each e-eGift Card shall be valid for one-time redemption ONLY.
6. If the value of the goods is less than the amount stated in the e-eGift Card, then the difference thereof shall not be refunded to the Holder.
7. AEON reserves the right to change, vary and/or amend any of the terms and conditions contained herein without any prior notice to the Holder.
