＜How to redeem Online＞ 1. Install the KFC app and go to the [membership] page on the right bottom of the page. 2. Click[login] on the right top and click [register] and register for the KFC member. Link your KFC giftcard to your app by selecting [link] on the right of the KFC card image. Insert your giftcard number and PIN code and finalize the link.

* The digital KFC card is valid for two years (730 days) from the latest of the following dates: the date of issuance (i.e., the redemption date via the exchange site), the last recharge date, the last usage date, or the date of the most recent balance transfer (inclusive of the applicable day).
* Once the expiration date has passed, the giftcard will become invalid and cannot be used. Please note that no refunds will be issued.
* We do not offer refunds or reissuance in the event of loss or theft of the URL.
* The giftcard number and PIN are used for logging into the balance inquiry site and for balance transfers.
* If the number of incorrect attempts to enter the giftcard number or PIN exceeds the designated limit during balance inquiries or transfers, the giftcard will be deactivated.
* If the digital KFC card, giftcard number, or authentication number is used by a third party, it will be regarded as authorized use by the cardholder. Please take appropriate precautions to manage your giftcard information securely.
* The digital KFC card can be reloaded at KFC stores and reused.
* The maximum amount that can be stored on a single giftcard is ¥50,000. The maximum amount that can be recharged in one transaction is ¥49,500.
* Balance consolidation with other digital KFC cards is possible, but multiple giftcards cannot be used simultaneously in a single transaction.
* Digital KFC cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
* Due to system issues or maintenance, the e-card may temporarily become unavailable without prior notice.
* Please beware of scams involving the misuse of prepaid e-cards.
