3. Smile Yogurt店員將在確認您的蛋糕或禮品訂單後主動與您聯繫。取貨/送貨日期將從訂購日期後的第4天起計算。請向Smile Yogurt店員詢問送貨費用。

4. 此電子禮劵不可用於電話訂購、手機應用程式訂購或網上購物。

5. 此電子禮劵恕不接受退款、取消、兌換或延長使用期限。

6. 此電子禮劵可於同一筆交易中多張使用。

7. 此電子禮劵可兌換同等面值的商品，但不可兌換現金或禮券。任何未使用的餘額將被沒收。若遺失、被竊、過期，將不予更換。

1. This Gift Card is only valid for use at Smile Yogurt Limited stores. For store locations, please visit the official website https://www.smile-yogurt.com/en_HK/contact-us or contact the respective stores for operating hours.

2. This Gift Card can be used for regular-priced items at all Smile Yogurt Limited stores, excluding all two-tier or above cakes, wedding series gifts and services, venue rentals, external catering services, marked items, co-branded series, limited editions, consignment products, and franchise counters.

3. Smile Yogurt staff will contact you proactively after confirming your cake or gift order. The pickup/delivery date will be calculated from the 4th day after the order date. Please inquire about delivery charges with Smile Yogurt staff.

4. This Gift Card cannot be used for telephone orders, mobile app orders, or online purchases.

5. This Gift Card is non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and non-extendable.

6. Multiple Gift Cards can be used for one single transaction.

7. This Gift Card can be redeemed for goods of equal value but cannot be exchanged for cash or Gift Cards. Any unused balance will be forfeited. It will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.

8. This Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

9. The images in this Gift Card are for reference only. Please inspect the goods before leaving the store as no exchanges will be accepted after the customer has left the store.

10. Smile Yogurt Limited reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Gift Card without prior notice and retains the final decision-making power in any dispute.
