• Maxim’s reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this electronic dining Gift Card without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Maxim’s reserves the right of final decision.
• The Chinese version of the terms and conditions of this electronic dining Gift Card shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.
