2. ⁠On Step 2 of Checkout, select “Pay by Gift Card” as Payment Method, and enter your 9-digit Gift Card number (printed directly under the barcode) and your 9-digit alphanumeric PIN code (under the scratch panel on the back of the card), then click “Apply Card”.

3. Select an additional payment method (if required). Review and Confirm your order before submitting. Please retain your Gift Card in the event of returning your order for refund.

2. This Gift Card is redeemable by the Gift Card holder as full or part payment for goods and services in Lane Crawford stores and online at the Lane Crawford website. 7. Privilege Program bonus points cannot be accrued when redeeming this Gift Card in respect of the value of this Gift Card but will be accrued in respect of the value of the transaction net the value of this Gift Card.

8. This Gift Card may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purpose unless authorized by Lane Crawford in writing.

9. Any return or exchange of goods purchased with this Gift Card will be subject to Lane Crawford's Refund and Exchange Policy, which may be accessed at Return and Exchange.
