1. This Gift Card is valid until the date shown on the Gift Card and can only be used in the designated stores in Hong Kong.
2. This Gift Card can only be used once, and a maximum of ten Gift Cards can be used for each transaction.
3. This Gift Card cannot be used for the purchase of cash coupons, shopping vouchers, and gift cards.
4. This Gift Card is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Kapok Limited.
5. This Gift Card will not be accepted nor re-issued in case of loss, defacement, or damage.
6. This Gift Card is not for sale, is non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and is non-returnable.
7. All transactions settled by the Gift Cards cannot be canceled or refunded.
8. Kapok Limited reserves the right to change or cancel the Terms and Conditions of this Gift Card and the list of designated stores in relation to the use of this Gift Card without prior notice.
9. In the event of disputes, the decision of Kapok Limited and Designated Outlets shall be final.
