1. The Gift Card is only applicable to registered members of KKday Hong Kong. To become a KKday member, you can download the KKday mobile app or register on the KKday website (https://www.kkday.com/zh-hk).

2. Each KKday member can only redeem and use the promo code once for one product. >> Each Gift Card code can only be used to redeem one product.

3. The Gift Card is not applicable to any ticketing products, including transportation tickets and passes, as well as event and entertainment tickets.

4. The Gift Card can only be used once and will be invalid after the expiry date.

5. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

6. After the booking is complete, customers will not be refunded for instances such as purchase errors or expired Gift Cards.

7. The Gift Card cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and discounts. The checkout amount must be greater than the value of the Gift Card, and the minimum checkout amount must be at least HKD 8.
