Go through the checkout process until you find the payment method listed.

Next to the payment method, select the down arrow, select Redeem code, and enter a 16-digit combination of numbers and letters code.

Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the payment.

1. Eligibility and Redemption: Google Play Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") are valid only for users who are 13 years of age or older and residents of Hong Kong. These Gift Cards are issued by Google Arizona LLC ("GAZ"), a limited liability company incorporated in Arizona, U.S.A. To redeem this Gift Card, users must have internet access and qualify for, and have or create, a Google Payments account for the jurisdiction specified in these terms. The Google Payments account is provided by Google Payment Corporation ("GPC"), a United States corporation. Gift Cards must be redeemed with GAZ, facilitated by GPC, only for eligible products on Google Play. Any unused Google Play balance will be placed in the recipient's Google Play Gift Card balance for future use. GAZ may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards they purchase.

For users between 13-17 years of age, your Google Payments enrollment is limited solely to the redemption of Gift Cards on Google Play.

2. Limitations: This Gift Card may be used for purchases of eligible items on Google Play only. Limits may apply to redemption and use. Items ineligible for purchase using the Gift Card include items in the "Devices" section of Google Play (e.g., phones, tablets, and related device accessories) and certain subscriptions; see the Help Center for more information. This Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or other cards, is not reloadable or refundable, cannot be combined by a user with other non-Google Play balances in your Google Payments account, and cannot be resold, exchanged, or transferred for value, except as required by law. If the order value to be paid with this Gift Card balance exceeds a user's available Gift Card balance, the transaction will be declined. Once this Gift Card is purchased, the risk of loss and title for this Gift Card passes to the purchaser. GAZ disclaims all express or implied warranties as to this Gift Card and Google Play. These Gift Card terms may be subject to change at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

3. No Fees: No fees apply to these Gift Cards. Any refunded Google Play amounts, if applicable, will be credited back to a user's Google Play balance for these Gift Cards for future use under these terms of service, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Fraud: GAZ is not responsible if this Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without a user's permission. GAZ will have the right to suspend or close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on Google Play.

5. Online Assistance, Customer Care, and Other Value-Added Services: To view a user's Google Play balance, visit https://payments.google.com. For online assistance with this Gift Card issue, please visit https://support.google.com/googleplay/go/cardhelp. GAZ provides additional value-added services which include the following:

(a) A website that a user may use to access and search ("Access and Search Facilities") the Google Play store ("Online Store") provided by Google LLC ("Store Operator"). The Access and Search Facilities provided by GAZ allow a user to access, search, and explore certain digital content made available on the Online Store by the Store Operator, such as apps, games, music, movies, books, magazines, or other digital content or services.

(b) Other customer support services including, for example, payment-related support (such as payment troubleshooting for Gift Cards and other payments), content quality service (such as collecting user feedback and ensuring digital content offered on the Online Store meets applicable Online Store policies), technical assistance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of Play for users, facilitating the provision of customer feedback to digital content providers, and user education services.

6. Limitation of Liability: GAZ is not liable if this Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without a user’s permission. GAZ makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, on these Gift Cards except those imposed by law. In the event this Gift Card is non-functional due to a technical problem, GAZ will credit the Gift Card's balance with the amount of balance that was on the non-functioning card. GAZ is not liable for any failure of Gift Cards to work in the manner described in these terms of service caused by a third party such as the failure of the internet, of a computer, mobile or other device used to access the internet, or of an internet service or mobile network provider.

7. Previously Issued Gift Cards: As of November 9, 2020 ("Effective Date"), GAZ is the issuer of all Gift Cards and Gift Card balances, regardless of issuance or the purchase date and, as of the Effective Date, GAZ assumes all obligations and rights in respect of Gift Cards from Google Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (“GAP”), regardless of any statements to the contrary on the Gift Cards themselves. By redeeming this Gift Card after the Effective Date, you will be deemed to have accepted this change and it will be binding on a user. Nothing in this clause shall prejudice your rights to redeem and use Gift Cards pursuant to these terms.

8. Not a Deposit-taking or Banking Business: GAZ is neither a bank nor a deposit-taking institution, this Gift Card is not a deposit instrument, and Gift Card funds do not amount to a deposit placed with (loan borrowed by) GAZ.

9. General Terms: These terms incorporate and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Use of the services described herein is further subject to the terms of service for Google Payments and the Google Privacy Policy. When a user purchases, receives, or redeems a Gift Card, the user agrees that the laws of Hong Kong apply, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, and that such laws will govern these Gift Card's terms of service. If a user has a complaint, the user agrees to contact Customer Care first and allow GAZ to try to resolve the complaint prior to taking any other action. GAZ reserves the right to change these terms of service from time to time in its discretion to the extent permitted by law. GAP and as of the Effective Date GAZ (as the case may be) may, at any time and without further consent from a user or any other person, assign or otherwise transfer all or any of its rights and/or obligations under these terms. If these Terms or any part of it is translated into any other language, the original English language text will take precedence in the event of a conflict.
